Preston Hollow Information
Preston Hollow is an established neighborhood in North Dallas, Texas.
Originally incorporated as a town in 1939, residents voted to join with the city
of Dallas in 1945. Today the neighborhood is defined as land to the north of
Northwest Highway (Loop 12) and south of I-635, east of Midway road and west of
US-75 (Central Expressway).
Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, presidential candidate billionaire Ross
Perot, current city mayor Laura Miller and her husband, retired Texas legislator
Steven Wolens, live in this neighborhood. Before his term as the Governor of
Texas, George Bush and his family also resided in Preston Hollow. Houses in
Preston Hollow have continued to increase in value in recent years. Currently
houses range from $200,000 to over $9,000,000.
